cant arrest someone for suspicion,,

People are always arrested for suspicion of illegal conduct. In both judge’s cases, there was enough probable cause for another judge to issue a warrant for their arrest. Now the cases go to either a Grand Jury, or hearing, and if the evidence shows it is more than likely they committed the crimes they are accused of will then go to trial to determine their guilt or innocence.

The federal agents never entered her courtroom. They remained in the public hallway except when she demanded they accompany her to the chief justice’s chambers where they held a telephone conversation with him and he okayed the arrest as long as it was done in the public hallway.
