the agents were not going to make the arrest in her courtroom..they were going to wait in the public hallway, where their Admin warrant had validity, and arrest him after his hearing.
Judge Hanna confronted them, stalled them out with a bogus request..went back into the courtroom, adjourned her court and showed the defendant and his lawyers the back way out.

The Head judge, Hanna's boss? He signed off on the arrest in the public area of the courthouse.

Judge Hanna took a stand, out of pique or principle, and broke the law, IMO.
We shall see if a jury thinks the same.

Because you can bet on this seeing a jury, unless the judge pleads out...if they let her.

I won't define fascism for you but I can at least say that it's defined by the actions of the government that stands accused. At this point we can say that it's the 'arrests of judges' and taking control of the courts by political means.

It was always there in the form of 'impeachment' of a president. Politics makes that culmination of the justice system in America, ineffective and impossible.

The Fanding Fouthers stopped work on their Constitution before finding an alternative to beheading a king.

Trump must have understood that completely before he started his rule from his throne.

If Biden has them on a list, they came in legally. But I just got an update on the incident and it appears the judge crossed the line and should have been arrested and charged.

IMO it's all depending on Trump's success on cutting the legs out from under the Pentagon's hawks.

Or failing and not surviving long enough to witness the results!

There's really only one possibility for defending the system, and you're definitely onto it!

We will just have to give it time to develop.

Or become an insignificant issue that was blown out of proportion by politics.
