Where is the federal judge jumping in to stop this? There are federal judges Hocking over everything in the nation and running the show now. They don't seem to care what Democrats do though. Think mandatory vaccinations.

No idea, I guess the state is going to allow it, not realizing that, if they themselves don't have the money to hire lawyer, they have to use a public defender.
