Well, I'm not in the security business, but if I was, my common sense dictates that every building within xx number of yards would have security/snipers on their roofs . The xx yards would be determined by advice from the security forces and I expect it to be several hundred yards. Having a sniper up on just one or two buildings seems very inadequate.
