It was two things. The first was an MSM audio interview with Trump the very next morning after the "assassination attempt" where they promoted FISA, seemingly using the event that just happened as a justification for FISA. Which as you know, is a tell-tale sign of a you-know-what.
And the second was a tweet that said: JUST IN: DOJ sends letter urging dismissal of lawsuit against Trump’s White House ballroom, citing last night’s events.
So, the event that happened the other night just happened to be very convenient for those agendas, FISA and the Baal Room.
Yup. Cartilage doesn't heal. Especially in two days.

Some claim that Kirk died as a result of a device that was implanted in the wireless microphone he wore under his shirt. I'm sure your friend would agree that a 30.06 bullet couldn't possibly lodge in soft neck tissue. If true, then I suppose it's possible that Trump's ear injury could be the result of a similar device. In any case, I have a hard time believing that Trump was actually shot "through" the ear.
We'll likely never know what sort of trickery is going on behind the curtain:

It was staged, and Trump was certainly a willing player, but it was planned and executed by Bibi & Mossad. Reference the Torah, it happened to be an example found in Exodus 21-6, the piercing of the right ear as a way for a slave to demonstrate his loyalty to his master.

A Secret Service officer allegedly shot by the suspect charged with attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump during the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) Dinner this past weekend was the only agent to return fire, according to an official affidavit filed in federal court on Monday.
The affidavit, filed as part of the criminal complaint against Cole Allen — charged with the transportation of a firearm and ammunition in interstate commerce with intent to commit a felony, discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, and attempt to assassinate the U.S. president — details the moments leading up to the attack and the actions of the Secret Service officer only identified as “V.G.”
According to the affidavit, “[a]t approximately 8:40 p.m., ALLEN approached a security checkpoint on the Terrace Level of the hotel leading to the location of the dinner.”
“ALLEN approached and ran through the magnetometer holding a long gun. As he did so, U.S. Secret Service personnel assigned to the checkpoint heard a loud gunshot. U.S. Secret Service Officer V.G. was shot once in the chest; Officer V.G. was wearing a ballistic vest at the time,” the filing states. “Officer V.G. drew his service weapon and fired multiple times at ALLEN, who fell to the ground and suffered minor injuries but was not shot.
