Yeah, it stinks.

And 5 days earlier, POTATUS Biden put out a dog-whistle. That was, we're going to put Trump in a bullseye.

The story so far. A loner who lives more than an hour away with less than a week to review the spot and figure out the security zone to escape detection from law enforcement and the secret service while carrying a rifle through a crowd of thousands finds a hole in said security, climbs up to a roof with a perfect view of the stage and has enough time to take 4 or 5 shots at the head of the former President with bystanders screaming out his location and sniper nests on overwatch...hey anyone want to buy a bridge? Either he was the luckiest person alive, law enforcement, and the secret setvice are the new keystone cops, or......

Take your pick and as always think as you will....

We'll let the professionals sort it out and give their report.....cause that's their job. :)
Anything else is speculation and conspiracy theory.

The only thing I've taken away from Saturday is ironically, the kid who took the shots at Trump is a direct result of the environment...created by Trump.
I believe Shakespeare referred to that as "hoist by his own petard".

The SS had Crooks in their sights from a roof close to the podium

They knew where Crooks was, and why he was there

So much for Biden's argument that we need F-15's. :p

lol
LOL....I bet I've seen a half-dozen threads on the "gun" forums with people picking apart the SS sniper's rifle trying to figure out what it was, caliber, the optic used, suppressor used, etc so they can built-up one themselves. There was even arguments on the type of tripod used.

This happens everytime a weapon is used in such an incident.....No shits seemed to be given about the assassin's AR which is a bit unusual as countless clones of the "Oswald rifle" have been made.

The cost of the cheap scope/ mount Oswald used when one is sold on eBay is well past $400 now.....Half again the cost of the Model 38 rifle.

Every now and again one of the scoped Model 38 6.5 Italian Carbines from Klein's Sporting Goods (where Oswald got the rifle) comes up for sale and they usually bring 2K+.
