Le Mans, followed closely by Grand Prix. What's cool is while they were filming the movie (actually in the race, for realism) one of the production people came to McQueen and said "you know, if we stopped coming in for film, we have a chance to win this race". McQueen thought about it for a few minutes and then said no.
