Favorite PC Game

I like the old PC games. I also love Bookworm, Bejeweled, Puzzle Express, and Chuzzle Deluxe.

I also love the arcade games.......Mrs. Pacman, Galaga, Asteroids, Centipede, Space Invaders.......and some others I can't remember the name of.

Tried a few of these new games.......I just don't like them.
Old school for me, absolutely.

Although I really like the hidden object games. I can play those for hours.

Minecraft, because I love creating.

I got that for my kid and I soon after it was released.

He loved it, I was not too keen on it. I like creating, but in video games, I need some sort of goal and a bit of a plot.

We both liked Portal Knights.

I even helped him create our base before we dove back into the story. Whenever a new material or decoration was unlocked, but to our island we went.

My generation gets a bad rap for doing nothing but playing video games. I play them, but just a little in the winter. I prefer going outside in the summer. I prefer catching the last of the sunny days in October. Most of my friends and classmates are the same. Perhaps they are outliers and I tend to associate with active people. Hey, old timers, not all of us are slothful!

Which mods is that running?
Carpenter Blocks, Thaumcraft, Thermal Expansion, Direwolf mod pack and many others. I would have to look and get back to you.
But the texture pack was created by my Son. This will always be an original, cause only he and I have this texture pack

I am currently playing old war games two that are a perennial on my list are Windows Steel Panthers Main Battle Tank and Windows Steel Panthers WW2 both are really old but good games and are free, you can buy an upgrade that gives you some bells and whistles, but it isn't required to enjoy the games.

I am also playing Ultimate General: Civil War, it isn't as old but isn't new either.

That's a great texture pack. My daughter came up with one that looks pretty similar. She's a huge Minecraft geek!

I lost my copy of Empire Earth in the flood. It's a shame too, I liked that one better than Rise of Nations. For some odd reason, it isn't available on Steam.
I never played Empire Earth.

My Rise of Nations and AoE II CDs won't work with Windows 11 or Windows 10 Pro. I've been playing on an old HP Pavillion running Windows 7 and on a NUC running Windows 10 Home.

GoG stands for Good Old Games, so I thought it could end up being on there. They don't limit themselves to older games, but they do carry a bunch.

Thanks! I'll definitely book mark that.

Back in the early days of this millennium, this one was the best. I don't think it is maintained anymore since they stopped offering free download links.

My G kids got me started on “Amazing frog”

An endless goofy game that is different than anything I have ever played

Unbelievable graphics with the biggest map I have ever seen
I used to play a lot of personal shooter games

Unreal tournament was one of my favorites

EA is the publisher, not the developer. Spicy Horse is the developer. The Game is actually worth playing even several times.

One of my old favorites

I think it was one of the first games to have realistic water

Hi guys..i mostly play these games on my pc..Battlefield 3. Need for speed, tekken 3 and vice city....Tell me guys...which game are you playing on your pc.?
Half-Life GOTY (the original) and it's spinoffs, Blue Shift, etc.

Pretty old school, so you may not like it.
