Most states and companies operate under the "At Will" employment. they really don't even need grounds to fire you if you don't have a contract. First page of the employee handbook will tell you, "THIS IS NOT A CONTRACT".
So if you go to work at the job you probably can't hold down tomorrow and start blurting out how "Negroes" are more criminal than white people, you will be fired. Heck, I even think using a word like 'Negro' would probably be enough.
