Here's the ACTUAL problem. The initial 40 billion was illegally appropriated and there is no accountability on where ANY of that money went. For all we know, it went into Zelensky's pocket. So now the Democrats want to send ANOTHER 40 billion and are trying to sneak it through a general disaster relief bill. This stinks to high heaven and MUST be stopped.
