Fani Willis DQ-ed

Which becomes irrelevant, the moment a new prosecutor reviews the case and the charges, no?
Early on she was disqualified to prosecute one of the other defendants in this case. It went to the Prosecutor's Council, and the prosecution was never brought.

A new prosecutor would have to start with the Grand Jury record, and work up from that. He would make his own decisions regarding who or what to charge.

That is assuming it even gets reassigned. That's a big IF...

I think Fani had too many Hot Fudge Sundea's from DQ.
Fani is on a losing streak, and has it coming from about 3 different directions right now, lol.

DQ'd from her biggest case, possibly in contempt in the Judicial Watch suit, and awaiting a decision from another court on her ignoring a subpoena from the Georgia Senate.

Also under investigation in the US house for her collusion with Smith and the J6 committee.

And possible action over her fast-and-loose financials...

You can't win for losing, as they say...

From the J/6 committee, to the Soviet LAWFARE from the last administration.
This SHIT is going to be called out, and whatever LAWS were broken, or otherwise circumvented, will be prosecuted under the rule of LAW.
The swamp "BANKED" on their belief that Trump would never be president again.
Uh oh, DADDY'S HOME

Bwahahahahahah!!!

Um, I've been reminding the cultists of that for the entire thread.

Why? No one asserted otherwise. You're acting like someone refuted that fact and then continued to harp on it when no one did. Like I said, you constructed a strawman to try to club others over head with, when it was pointless since that scenario never existed to begin with. I notice that you like to do that... a lot.

Whether or not anyone takes the case (before that Fani Willis will appeal) it won't change the fact that the appellate court affirmed the charges and my amusement over MAGAts needing to pretend otherwise.
She betrayed and defrauded the people who entrusted her with her position. She should at a minimum be removed from office.

this appellate court doesnt have the authority to do this. It will be appealed.

In a dissenting opinion, Judge Benjamin Land wrote that “the law does not support the result reached by the majority.” Trial court judges, he said, have broad discretion to to impose a remedy to fit a situation and the appeals court should respect that.

I don't think they are going to let the group of criminals off that easily, in what looks like a slam dunk case. The receipts are all texts and emails written by them and documents with their signatures on them.

That's one of the opinions I am hearing all over as well.

This is the norm because it can be so easy to find appearance of possible impropriety, that our justice system would grind to a halt.

But still, she should have known better.

Of course it has the authority. It has the authority to dismiss the entire case if it wants to.

When McAffee gave Willis the ultimatum to step aside or fire Wade, he also said the defendants could appeal the decision if they thought the remedy didn't go far enough.

The trial court judge himself recognized that the DA's conduct was improper, and gave his blessing to put it before the appeals court.

I said from day one...

Once Wade had to step down that out of loyalty, Willis should have stepped down. It was shocking that she did not step down when she committed the exact same offenses he committed.

The judge who said Willis needed to step down was afraid for his family, so he failed to rule accurately; removing them both.

You can't have the ******* DA ******* members of the court. Its a conflict of interest roughly the size of Texas.

Fair and impartial doesn't mean she doesn't care what hole he sticks his dick in.

So much for that silly ginned up sham of a RICO case in Georgia.

Willis and Wade are corrupt crooks....Now the hunters become the hunted...

The state appellate court ruled in an order that a lower court had “erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis” after Trump and several co-defendants uncovered a previously undisclosed relationship Willis had with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Virtually every case against Trump is nothing but political BS.
