One of the most blatant and obvious of his crimes. Election tampering is a federal offense. And it's all on tape.Good news for trump, right? He gets to prove his innocence after claiming he "did nothing wrong" for these past years. After all, as the blonde sock puppet says, "no one is above the law."
Jack Smith spent $50 million ineffectually pursuing Trump. You must be furious!I'd be pretty pissed if I was a Fulton County taxpayer that they'd spend another dime on this abject nonsense.
Don't get me started.Jack Smith spent $50 million ineffectually pursuing Trump. You must be furious!
Is this from someone who voted for Kamala in 2024? They might do it, but if you voted for Harris last year, you already voted for a person that Biden and others told you to vote for without a choice.Right, you will vote for the person Trump tells you to vote for.
You think that"s the first time that's been said? It was the parroted justification for nine years of ineffectual lawfare. If trump is innocent, he has nothing to worry about!
How long before the DoJ accuses him of mortgage fraud?
Over the fat rapist charity thief felon? Is this from someone who voted for Kamala in 2024?
“The public has a legitimate interest in the outcome of this case,” Mr. Skandalakis said. “Accordingly, it is important that someone make an informed and transparent determination about how best to proceed.”
The public has a legitimate interest in the outcome of the cases Jack Smith was prosecuting as well. We have a right to know if the prez is a criminal. Oooops, we already do.
Lawfare prosecutions are a waste of everyone's time, and this was a lawfare prosecution. I say this post does pertain.Only the dumbest of the dumb are still clinging to those bogus lawfare persecutions.
Nonsense there is no 'bomb drop' regarding Epstein and Trump. You're believing Democrat, bullshit propaganda. We’ll see

Too bad "normal people" like yourself wound up losing the national popular vote.Over the fat rapist charity thief felon?
Yep, like every normal adult.
What a great use of tax dollars, paying this guy to prosecute a case three years from now, if ever. Fulton County must doing great if they can afford this.Georgia Official, a Veteran Prosecutor, Appoints Self to Oversee Trump Case
The Georgia criminal election interference case against President Trump and a number of his allies entered a new phase on Friday, as the executive director of the state’s prosecutor council appointed himself to take over the case, replacing Fani T. Willis, the Fulton County district attorney, who was disqualified from pursuing it.
What the change means for the future of the case was unclear. The new prosecutor, Pete Skandalakis, is a veteran Georgia lawyer who began his career as a Democrat and later switched to the Republican Party. As executive director of the nonpartisan Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, Mr. Skandalakis had been tasked by law with finding a new prosecutor to take on the complex Trump case after Ms. Willis was removed by the Georgia appellate court.
In a filing in Fulton County Superior Court on Friday, Mr. Skandalakis said he reached out to “several prosecutors” in the state, but that each of them declined the appointment. So he said he decided to take on the case himself.

Another critical thinker---LMAO
Norm Eisen, a critic of Mr. Trump and executive chairman of the Democracy Defenders Fund, said in an interview that Mr. Skandalakis’ decision to appoint himself was “a welcome development for our democracy.I am a strong supporter of Trump now that he is President. Any sane person would be. The alternative is to embrace a dystopian world in which chicks with dicks rule the whole world.
It's painful when stupid people speak. It's even more painful to realize they don't even know they're silly.
You don't know, and that should tell you all you need to know. You are as intelligent as that rotting kiwi I have lying under my kiwi bush in the back yard. At least the Kiwi isn't a threat to the children in our kindergarten classes.
Well, trump was on tape extorting Zelenskky too but slithered away unscathed thanks to the duplicity of Senate R's.One of the most blatant and obvious of his crimes. Election tampering is a federal offense. And it's all on tape.

“If we don’t have accountability for what happened in the aftermath of the 2020 election,” Mr. Eisen said, “we’re at risk of it happening again.”
The Georgia criminal charges leveled against the president and an eclectic group of his supporters — including Rudolph W. Giuliani, the former mayor of New York and lawyer for Mr. Trump, and Trevian Kutti, a onetime publicist for Kanye West — lie beyond the federal pardon power of presidents.

Anyone who thought this bogus prosecution was a good idea in the first place should seek professional help. Liberal lawfare fails again.Judge dismisses Trump election interference racketeering case in Georgia
McAfee’s ruling came shortly after state prosecutor Peter Skandalakis moved to drop the case against Trump and his remaining co-defendants “to serve the interests of justice and promote judicial finality.”
He noted that the prospect of bringing the case against Trump to trial would take years, as there is “no realistic prospect that a sitting President will be compelled to appear” in court and it would be “impossible” to quickly proceed after he leaves office in 2029.

Anyone who has heard the tape of trump's call to Raffensberger knows the country was not served by dropping the case. As if the Criminal-in-Chief hadn't already been emboldened enough by escaping accountability for his crimes this adds to the list. Once again Americans are denied justice.
Given how virulently lawyers who prosecute trump come under attack I can't blame anyone for declining. I mean, who wants death threats if they can be avoided by caving in to cowardice?
