Fani Willis DQ-ed

Yep. That's just the reason the DQed her. Which they did to preserve the case.
The did not dismiss the indictment because it did not meet the standard for dismissal.

They do not comment on the merits of the indictment.

"In the absence of express statutory authorization, dismissal of an
indictment “generally cannot be imposed absent a violation of a constitutional right.

It will go to the Prosecutor's Council and they will decide what to do with it. I expect they will decline to pursue it.

Fani was DQ'd for misconduct. It tainted the entire case, and the Appeals Court recognized that with the paragraph I quoted.

They dismissed the party that crafted the indictment

Apparently it is you who forgot what that says.

Trump.directing a criminal conspiracy of non-governmental officials does not fall under official actions of his office. The SCOTUS was clear.

Looks like it's you who learned something today.
Want to put a bet on your knowledge, and that this case will see the inside of a courtroom?

And you believe that happy horseshit?
Over something you make up out of thin air? Yes.

Which becomes irrelevant, the moment a new prosecutor reviews the case and the charges, no?

So much for that silly ginned up sham of a RICO case in Georgia.

Willis and Wade are corrupt crooks....Now the hunters become the hunted...

The state appellate court ruled in an order that a lower court had “erred by failing to disqualify DA Willis” after Trump and several co-defendants uncovered a previously undisclosed relationship Willis had with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
/---/ Three down, one to go.

Which becomes irrelevant, the moment a new prosecutor reviews the case and the charges, no?
Not at all, a course a new prosecutor is going to review how the indictments were brought via corruption

Disbarment is now the least of Fani’s worrries….she could be looking at twenty years like Liz

Whether or not anyone takes the case (before that Fani Willis will appeal) it won't change the fact that the appellate court affirmed the charges and my amusement over MAGAts needing to pretend otherwise.

Imagine our amusement at your expense when the entire case gets thrown out.

Jack was tossed for being illegally appointed, Liz is facing twenty for witness tampering, and now Fani and her entire office were dismissed for their corruption

Demafacism fails

15th post
No, you just lie so freely and often, you assume others do. Because you think of yourself as normal. You're not.

It was Pete Skandalakis, I believe.
Speaking of lying, how does it feel to back a corrupt DA like Fani??
