The problem for the Georgia judiciary is that they have to live in the state where they're making their decisions. I'm pretty sure they have probably decided amongst themselves that the whole thing is dead. However I certainly do understand them parsing the issues and making a ruling only on one of them. It was probably a wise choice not to try to tackle the whole thing in one sweeping decision.
My guess is that they figured by moving ahead with the disqualification they are more or less signing the death warrant on the charges too.

No, it isnt. The indictments read "State of Georgia v.", not "Fani Willis v.". The case has not been dismissed, just because a prosecutor is removed.
