The ACA couldn't be written to fit inside the constitution.
They knew it was a massive tax.
It is against the constitution to force anyone to buy insurance.
The ACA wasn't designed to work.....it was designed to fail.....so they could institute a socialist health care system based on universal health care.....which will by design cause the government takeover of 30% of the United States Economy.
