Behar blamed Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, who blocked President Barack Obama’s pick to replace the late Antonin Scalia.

“The left is taking a page from Mitch McConnell’s book,” Behar said.

McCain fired back and blamed Democrats for failing to win the 2016 election.

“The idea that this is, like, a stolen experience, elections have consequences,” McCain said. “Yes, Republicans have three branches of power and we’re getting two more seats on the court — that’s why voting is important. But the idea that we’re living in some totalitarian, fascist country where this was just appointed by a dictator — that’s just a lie.”
