To get access, they would have to first provide sufficient proof of a problem, such as discrepancies during a hand recount, or discrepancies during a machine recount. But since they both resulted in unaltered results, there was never enough evidence to file a successful lawsuit.There is no way one could know without getting access to Dominions software code. And that has not yet been allowed.
