Paper ballots in New Mexico are not hand counted though. They are fed into an electronic machine for tabulation. When you feed your ballot into that machine you have absolutely no way to know whether your vote was actually counted or was counted in the way you voted.

And the rules--established by Democrats--make it so difficult and expensive for anyone to ask for a recount that we are pretty much helpless to know whether the vote is honest or not.
