My aunt (in Mississippi) has been known to call the Jackson TV weatherman and berate him for pronouncing the name of the state in three syllables.

She just turned 96.

She just turned 96.

She should get together with my Mom. She calls the TV station complaining about how they pronounce TEMPERATURE.

(she hates when the say "TEMPATURE")
