Well, there’s the “per capita” argument.

Why does “per capita” matter?

In short, concerning crime sentencing, it doesn’t.

“Per capita,” for example, works like the following scenario.

1. 20 out of 100 Whites eat apples.
2. There are 10 Blacks. Four of them also eat apples.

Since there’s a higher concentration of Blacks eating apples, does that change the fact that 20 Whites also eat apples?

The “per capita” argument says that it matters — yet, in crime sentencing, it does not.

I don't ignore or refuse to acknowledge statistical data. What I won't do is allow an invalif excuse to be made by whites. There is only one accurate way to assess crime and race, the number of individuals by race who are arrested and who are offenders. Per capita is a bullshit measurement, that whites here only use to excuse the high number of white crimes. Whites are arrested at 3 times the number of blacks, but you excuse this with per capita and that doesn't change the numeric total of arrests by race. The basic argument made by idiots such as you is there are more whites so we get to committ more crimes. That's dumb and you apparently are stupid.

But you miss the point. If blacks are 13% of the population but commit 50% of the murders, you have a problem that's more serious than white people being 70% of the population and committing 50% of the murders.

Hate crime statistics are very unreliable. The vast majority of convictions are based on guilty pleas, which are often manipulated by (elected) prosecutors to further their own political agendas.

One key take-away here is the fact that Black parents who teach their kids to beware of "white" people who want to kill them - and especially "white" cops - are lying an doing their kids a serious disservice. The better advice would be to stay away from criminals of any color, and watch your back when it comes to their "brothers."

I doubt that what you say is true, but if it is, I am pleased. A criminals justice system that is effective for whites is insufficiently harsh for black. Before the civil rights movement that was understood in the United, and especially in the South. That is why, when a black man and a white man committed the same crime, the black man was given more punishment. Often he was given much more punishment.

We all have seen the charts and running commentary. But that commentary and those charts are fake news.

It's no small coincidence that white on black killings increased 10.3 percentage points more than black on white killings during the terms of the first black president.

This is not mentioned in the commentaries. And it's funny how we don't see the, "well there are more tes so the number should be higher" argument coming from the people who use that to excuse how whites commit more crimes. Bet even with that out of a country with over 200 million whites at that time, 500 were killed by blacks. Meanwhile in that same year:
2,574 homicides were committed by whites against other whites
That's 5 whites killed by another white for every white killed by someone black.
So while blacks did kill 2 times more whites than whites killed blacks, look at the numbers.
FBI data show that while 500 black-on-white killings and 229 white-on-black killings were reported in 2015.

In 2015, race was reported for 5,493 known hate crime offenders. Of these offenders:

• 48.4 percent were White.
• 2,659 white hate crime offenders
• 24.3 percent were Black or African American.
• 1,335 black offenders

So whites were the majority of hate crime offenders in this year and blacks were targeted 3 times more by race for hate crimes than whites. So it's easy to find a chart to race bait. It's even easier to use garbage information from so called studies like the color of crime. But the reality here is that there is no wave of blacks attacking whites and whites have more to fear from another white person.
