The facts are police and prosecutors are using police training, procedures, and policies to supersede actual law. That is what the protests are about. Police are being exempted from following the same laws everyone else has to follow. Where are the laws exempting police from following laws?
What are you taliing about? Be specific.

Now that we have the real version of Brianna Talors life and the FACTS surrounding her death, not the lies the Media spewed for months and continue to spew today, has your opinion on the situation changed?
If you’re going to disrespect a murder victim, the least you could do is spell her name right.
It’s BREONNA TAYLOR.
In fairness, her parents were the ones who originally misspelled her name on the birth certificate.

Police are found not guilty by investigators and prosecutors without actual trials when they are following their training and official policies and procedures. Hence, police are tried by their own superiors instead of juries.

1. They knocked

2. They announced themselves as police

3. She was fired from her EMT positions long before this occurred after a car she rented was involved in a murder

4. She was helping her boyfriend peddle drugs as evidenced by recorded jail house tapes and surveillance cameras set up across the street from her home

5. Her boyfriend fired the first shot then hid behind her as she absorbed all the bullets.

6. She wasn't in bed

7. The police were at the correct house.

8. Her name was on the warrant.

The media lied to you over and over and over and some of them continue to do it to this day DESPITE THE FACTS.
How many shots did she fire?

Of all of the copsplaining by the AG there was not one word about Mr. Walkers right to self defense
Your right to self defense does not include shooting police who are executing a LAWFUL warrant.

Why would you say something so incredibly stupid?
That is not true. He has to know that they were cops. He called 911 on the home invasion not knowing that they were cops.

A man in NYC beat up an undercover cop but they could not charge him with assaulting an officer.

A man at Ruby Ridge killed a federal officer and the jury ruled it self defense.

The charges against Mr. Walker were dropped. Withholding this information from the Grand Jury is criminal.
He is the reason she id dead. Douchebag belongs in the slammer.
What does that have to do with lying to the Grand Jury.

Opinion spoken as fact. No one was murdered. That was made clear yesterday. Didn't you watch the press conference?
So she was tried by a jury of her peers and convicted of a crime that carries the death sentence? Is that what you’re telling me?
No that is what you want to believe.
She chose a lifestyle that is inherently dangerous, and chose to do it in her own home.
If she didn't have a piece of dog shit for a boyfriend who used her as a shield while HE shot at the police... she wouldn't be dead...that and dealing drugs.

You skipped over the part he used her as a human shield, and they have it on video surveillance that he dealt drugs at the apartment.
You can't arrest someone for dealing drugs without physical evidence.
And I already know if you answer this post, you will skip past the fact he used her body to protect himself.

I was right.... you skipped over it.
Oh... and to answer your question... because the local politicians are scared of the mob

No. He was arrested for attempted murder of a cop. Then they dropped the charges and let him walk.

This whole case does not pass the smell test.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Friday, Commonwealth Attorney Tom Wine asked a judge to dismiss the case against Kenneth Walker. Walker, boyfriend of Breonna Taylor, was charged with attempted murder of a police officer after he started shooting at officers executing a no-knock search warrant at Taylor's apartment.

WHAS11 has learned the charges have been dismissed. According to a court document [Commonwealth of Kentucky vs Kenneth Walker III] dated May 26, 2020, a judge dismissed the indictment without prejudice.

yeah... they dismissed the charges because they are afraid the mob will go even crazier... which they would.
So a drug dealing thug, who 100% attempted to commit murder while using his girlfriend as a human shield - walks to maintain the narrative of the mob
And that is what liberal politicians/judges do

Oh and BTW - did you know that 67 young black lives were murdered in 2020 alone in Lousiville??
No protesters...no parades...no looted stores...no burning buildings... because NOT ALL BLACK LIVES MATTER.

What do you think about the 67 young black lives murdered in Louisville in 2020 alone..and that no one talks about them at all...none.. no one cares about their lives. Doesn't fit the narrative
