This is nothing new because it's been going on right here in the United States for the past decade; ramped up to all time extreme proportions during the Trump administration. At that point social media became an arm the nation's politics instead of an information venue. Why the MSM would now expect any fair minded people to suddenly be shocked at the idea of censorship on those platforms is perplexing in the extreme. There is no widespread and general cry of outrage because our populace has been deeply desensitized by our own practices of partisan censorship right here at home.
