Stare decisis means precedent. I mean WHEN have we ever revoked a previously decades old supreme court decision?? except for that slavery thing. hmmm.

The irony is that while they insist on the death of the innocent they staunchly oppose the death (by execution) of the most heinous, bloodthirsty killers, insisting instead that they be better cared for than our most wretched poor.

Slavery was eliminated by Constitutional Amendments, not a court decision. Try again.
