It is not just Israel, the entire Middle East hates Iran as it funds terrorism throughout the region and intends on being the dominate power therein. Countries like Saudi Arabia and Iraq would jump for joy if Israel and the US took them out.............secretly, that is.
The problem with the Biden/Harris administration is, they refuse to see this threat and insist that Israel is somehow equal to their threat or worse somehow as they do things like provide Iran with money and refuse to hold them to account for anything with the hope that they can coax them into normal relations once again.

Almost from day one of Biden’s tenure, hostilities broke out in different parts of the world. I remember no foreign wars, and a decent economy under Trump.
Biden/Harris did vow to undo Trump's work. They started with global stability and then mucked up everything else in short order. It all relates back to that whole 'it takes a village idiot' mentality. Weaken America to the point we are utterly reliant on others for our very survival. Thus creating an equity of weakness.

In 2020 it was $238 billion
Yay, it dropped by about 50%. However the coronavirus no doubt played a part in this.
However under Obama in 2012 the GDP was $644 billion and went down to $486 billion because Obama was also imposing sanctions.
And what did it all achieve? A poorer Iran. But Iran didn't have coup, its government and political system didn't fall apart because of it. Funding for attacks still happened. The funding for the attacks in Israel last year didn't cost that much money, because it wasn't a very effective attack.
That there wasn't much in the way of conflict during 4 years of Trump's time in office is probably more down to coincidence.
In 2014 when Russia annexed the Crimea, it could have just invaded the whole of Russia and it would have taken then days or weeks to do it, because the Ukraine was a mess at the time. Why did Russia wait until 2022? Because Russia knew sanctions would come, and saved up loads of money in order to ride it all out. Thinking they couldn't possibly lose. Things changed, a change of leadership in the Ukraine helped. But Putin was saving up and prepping his armed forces for the whole time Trump was in office. He just didn't see the outcome because he was only in power for 4 years.
Xi is trying to get Russia to stop, he tried before, and Putin ignored him, and he's trying now, and Putin's ignoring him. You think Putin gives a damn about Trump?
What would Trump have done in the event of an attack? He claims this special relationship with various dictators, and it would have been a big smack in the face. So either he would have done what Biden did because Trump has a huge ego, or he would have left it and looked stupid.
With Israel, Israel was getting more and more confident. They were causing problems in Gaza that were leading up to Hamas having to do something.

A lot of this was because of what Israel was doing, putting a lot of pressure on Hamas because Israel has probably been wanting such provocation in order to be able to fight back. Why didn't it happen under Trump? Just that's the way things go. Same Prime Minister in Israel as now. Maybe they just weren't ready for it, maybe they hadn't provoked enough.
