Well at 75 and still wants to tour and was about to do a tour in the US

at that age if you still want to tour, then its make sense to have the surgery in the US that way you can recover in the US and go on tour without having to fly back to London.

I don't know about any other sane and rational person but I know I NEVER SAID THAT!

I NEVER mentioned or discussed the quality of health care.

I, personally, have maintained a desire for AFFORDABLE (NOT FKN FREE) AFFORDABLE healthcare.

Because, even though the constitution doesn't say "doctors MUST be trained and have a license" I know that a medical board INSISTS that they be a certain level of competence. And prove it.

So when things happen to me (and they have) i trust whichever doctor happens to have the pleasure of my business.

I imagine that the Brits and Canada have similar boards with similar standards.

Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger will undergo surgery to replace a valve in his heart, Rolling Stone magazine confirmed Monday.

Due to the nature of the surgery and subsequent recovery period, the band postponed its upcoming North American summer tour.


On Monday, the Drudge Report broke the nature of Jagger’s illness, revealing the surgery will take place in New York later this week. The singer was photographed on Sunday with his family in Miami.
