Yes, I know about the famous birthday card that may or may not have been sent by donald Trump. if he did send a page for that birthday book, it was at the Request of miss maxwell, not some spontaneous outpouring of affection for his bestie.

I don't know if you have ever had a job or one that had you working with female co-workers. It is very common at jobs like that to be asked to sign birthday cards. The social convention is to add a nice comment to the card, even if you barely know the person or don't really care for them.

The birthday book is version of that for a wealthy woman and her wealthy partner/boyfriend.
