They had to have noticed that Joe Biden was old and not too swift with his speaking. Just as conservatives are aware of things that are detrimental to their anticipation of a "Red Wave."

If the Laptop issue is supposed to make a difference, because more 'coverage" would somehow lead to an indictment, then we need to realize that the "checks & balances" do not work. There is nothing in the Constitution that suggests that we are supposed to be reliant on the media to check on the government.

And conversely, there is nothing in the Constitution that says the government is supposed to entrust any private business to classify the information issued by information distribution businesses.
