Russia has been significantly weakened by its invasion of Ukraine.
NATO has witnessed its fighting power and is not impressed.

AND. .. the same is true of the US. We have depleted much of our military resources. It will take many years to replace those resources. Let's hope China doesn't land troops in Alaska, Hawaii, or the West Coast, as we have sent all our anti-tank and self-propelled artillery to Europe.
I have heard estimates that at minimum, it will take two years to replace that material.
