A former staffer in President Joe Biden's administration has explained that detailed documents with photos are routinely used to prepare Biden and others in the administration ahead of events.

Rebecca Brubaker made the comments in response to an Axios report saying that Biden's staffers prepare short documents ahead of events with large print and photos that include exact paths to a podium.
