This type of standard accountability would NEVER occur in Canadas police state. It is one reason why other nations do what they want in Canada. They know what domestic police do to our own citizens so they say " you are in no position to judge us".

Our own citizens are depressed and persecuted, not unlike the former East Germans.

Sort of surprised it happened in California, particularly in the SF Bay area.

Very few fellows in that part of America are interested in dames, I would expect the vast majority of guards and inmate sex abuse would be at men's penitentiaries.
