While some studies have made the connection that violence in media can influence violence in behavior, I do find it interesting that many of the same people who make this connection deny that media has any influence on sexuality or gender identity.Violent video games. We really need to take a serious look at our culture. Are we exceptional or is this a delusion of grandeur? Those who want to give themselves credit for the culture need to look at the reality of the problems THEIR CULTURE has created.

True. Granted, some of that is likely a result of government. Ice Cube and others have talked about how the government helped to promote and mold gangsta rap, for example.
