I think it is a good idea that if government waste is actually cut, giving taxpayers a rebate just before the midterms with Trump's huge signature on the checks is a good idea, as long as we also save money in the process.

If the departments are not done away with, then anything can happen them in the future as the American taxpayer will never know.

It is exiting just having the prospect to be honest. This is uncharted territory that only Trump would tread on.

It is probably the last hope of dealing with this problematic issue at the federal level.

The only other way to deal with it is for states to rise up an amend the Constitution themselves, or wait till the country implodes economically, all of which will be blamed on "capitalism", no doubt.
