Even U.S. Media now reports that Israel broke truce with attack on Hamas leader.

montelatici, et al,

Any day is a GOOD DAY to Kill a TERRORIST.

"militants in the Gaza Strip fired rockets at Israel for a second day on Wednesday after fighting resumed with the collapse of truce talks and an Israeli air strike that killed three people in Gaza."

EU COUNCIL DECISION 2014/72/CFSP
  • Group #9: ‘Hamas’, including ‘Hamas-Izz al-Din al-Qassem’ --- Terrorist Group Listing

(COMMENT)

I think the Israeli action demonstrates that they cooperate fully in the suppression of terrorist groups and actions.

Surely your don't support terrorist?

The truce was broken on 3:15 PM by Hamas.

The targeting of the house of Muhammad Al-Deif (Abu Umar) was around 9 PM.

But don't let facts fool you, Palestinian-apologists.

Facts are overrated.

Keep making things up. Hasbara operatives are trained to do just that.

The EU leadership does the bidding of the US. Most of people of Europe believe the Israelis are the terrorists. I do not support Israeli terrorism, but suspect you do.

Hasbara operatives. Are you some sort of conspiracy theorist? Stop being so paranoid. The pro Israelis on here simply have more sense, knowledge and wisdom than you haters.

HAMAS and its terrorist cohorts such as the Al-Qassam Brigades perform intentional acts which attempt to seriously damage the safety and s where committed with the aim of:
  • - seriously intimidating a population, or
  • - unduly compelling a Government or international organisation to perform or abstain from performing any act, or

Israel doesn't engage in piracy, hijacking, massacres, bombings, and such. There is a huge distinction between State sponsored support of terrorism, alla Gazans, and territorial disputes that can be settled through peaceful means.

""In the student union of a private university in the Israeli coastal city of Herzliya, a “Hasbara war room” has been set up as a contribution to the military effort. Hasbara literally means “explanation” but has also come to signify propaganda. Up to 400 students sit at banks of computers getting Israel’s message out online. “The goal is to deliver a very clear message to people abroad – Israel has the right to defend itself,” Lidor Bar David told Israeli news website, Ynet.

“Although they haven’t been called up to the army yet, they’ve decided to enlist in a civilian mission that is no less important,” reported Ynet.

The students – speaking in 30 languages – target online forums while aiming to appear as ordinary social media users. They lobby Facebook to take down pages which incite violence against Israel and circulate drawings of Hamas rockets made by traumatised Israeli children living close to Gaza."

Israeli's Hasbara Room, a propaganda machine. : news

I know this is a wonderful form (thank you admin and moderators) but in the great scheme of things those people in the Hasbara room have more important fish to fry that chasing after you etc. We are doing a great job of debunking everything you and your friends on here type. There are other websites where the forums are far more difficult than USMB. Don't flatter yourself that you are so important that Israel needs to waste precious resources on arguing with you, the goldfish, Billo, etc. You and them are not so important as you think.

Nothing I have written has ever been debunked, as I only present facts.

Piracy & Hijacking - The Gaza Aid Flotilla
Massacres - Continuous massacres of non-Jews since the establishment of the Jewish state.
Bombings - You have to be kidding. They have murdered thousands of non-Jews in Lebanon and Palestine bombing civilian housing.

Noooope.
The MEDIA usual reports relay over rating, 'Ceasefire broken, Israel airstrike on Gaza' is the usual report for Israel retaliation against the Hamas assaults..CNN/BBC/EL JAZEERA Are well known for that.
"CNN-BBC-Al-Jazeera" - the Muslim Hasbara co-op?

Three dead Hamas leadership-scum with one strike? Sounds like a good day for the Good Guys.

(OBSERVATIONS)

  • Piracy & Hijacking - The Gaza Aid Flotilla
As required, the naval blockade was declared and notified. The Israeli authorities
issued a “Notice to Mariners” through the appropriate channels, setting out the imposition
of the blockade and the coordinates of the blockaded area. In addition, the notice was
broadcast twice a day on an emergency radio channel for maritime communications.267
There is no contest about this. The Blockade was established legally and is maintained legally.
    • Although people are entitled to express their political views, the flotilla acted recklessly in attempting to breach the naval blockade.
    • Israeli Defense Forces personnel faced significant, organized and violent resistance from a group of passengers when they boarded the Mavi Marmara requiring them to use force for their own protection. Three soldiers were captured, mistreated, and placed at risk by those passengers. Several others were wounded.
  • Massacres - Continuous massacres of non-Jews since the establishment of the Jewish state.
    • Let's get real. HAMAS may be formally - 25 years old, but it takes it lineage back to Sheikh Izz ad-din al-Qassam and the Palestinian Black Hand some 85 years ago. Even one of the terrorist cohorts is named after him (the al-Qassam Brigade). I just went through 10 screen pages of a database on Palestinian Terrorist activity, believe me when I say I could fill this screen with all kinds of incidents. But that is not the point. The point is, that just within the last few days, the HAMAS Leadership acknowledged the responsibility for the kidnapping and murder of three students.
    • Within the last year, HAMAS released a 19 point paper on policy which summarizes their struggle and political reasoning for their asymmetric conflict. They have condoned attacks on civilians and condoned the use of civilians as a shield to ward-off Israeli retaliation.

  • Bombings - You have to be kidding. They have murdered thousands of non-Jews in Lebanon and Palestine bombing civilian housing.
    • In no war, previous to the Israel-Palestinian Conflict, has the practical application of the use of force during belligerent occupation been discussed more. Nor has the fact that a "war" does exist between the people of Gaza and the people of Israel. Nor is it generally discussed the overall threat that HAMAS poses both independently or as a member of the Iranian led "Axis Resistance Bloc" (ARB) (alliance of the Assad Regime, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, plus a few other Sunni Arab world terrorist elements). However the focus is that --- to --- HAMAS Jihad and the armed resistance is the right and real method for the liberation of Palestine, and the restoration of all the rights, together with, of course, all forms of political and diplomatic struggle including in the media, public and legal [spheres]; with the need to mobilize all the energies of the nation in the battle. This is a "WAR" concept.

    • If we look at Gaza strictly through the lens of "Occupation," then we see that Israel has an obligation to ‘take all the measures in its power to restore, and ensure, public order and safety. This obligation is also reflected in Article 64 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, which states: "[t]he Occupying Power may, however, subject the population of the occupied territory to provisions which are essential to enable the Occupying Power to fulfill its obligations . . . to maintain the orderly government of the Territory. If it is a "real occupation" THEN --- Israel must be in a position to
    • carry out governance over the occupied territory. If the Gazan's are claiming that Israel Occupies the Gaza Strip, then it should not be surprised at the appearance of Israeli Forces. If ... on the other hand, HAMAS claims invasion, of territory it properly has control over, THEN, that is an admission that Israel was NOT an Occupation Force to start with.

    • The issue is, are we at "war" or is it a violent and belligerent "occupation?" "Occupation Law" seems to be the standard being generally applied in the armchair theater. But it would seem questionable given the policy of HAMAS and its objectives. The framework governing the use of force in law enforcement differ from the conduct of hostilities in this complex security environment. Having established the factual reality of "violent" occupation and the significant challenges facing security forces, it is to that issue that the analysis must be based. Maintaining ‘law and order’ can involve preventing and responding to crimes, controlling public demonstrations, disarming individuals or groups, and preventing serious crimes in the focus of several Articles in Statute with the International Criminal Court (ICC) (such as genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity). The use of force is normally governed by the principles of necessity (law enforcement type rules) and proportionality (Rules of War), with weapons permitted in self-defense or the defense of others against the imminent threat of death or serious injury; to prevent a particularly serious crime involving grave threat to life; to arrest a person presenting such a danger and resisting their authority; or to prevent escape (law enforcement type rules) --- OR --- on the attack with the expectation to cause incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, and damage to civilian objects, in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated (Rules of War).
One of the basic principles that Khaled Meshal (Hamas' "political" leader) makes clear is that "Jihad and the armed resistance is the right and real method for the liberation of Palestine, and the restoration of all the rights, together with, of course, all forms of political and diplomatic struggle including in the media, public and legal [spheres]; with the need to mobilize all the energies of the nation in the battle." AGAIN, this is the language of "war" with the "expectation to cause incidental loss of civilian life, injury to civilians, and damage to civilian objects." We call these "consequence." The People of Gaza elected to invoke "Jihad and Armed Struggle" (War) and they "mobilize all the energies of the nation in the battle." In such very actions, they have to accept the "consequences" of their mobilization and attacks.

And as anyone with half a brain can see the Israeli response to the rockets comes within 12 hours, then it is days until the next rocket attack. It is as clear as day from your links on the subject that you have heavily reworked to make the details partially match your claims
It's obvious to everyone, you're just a dumbass 15 year old who say's things he can't prove.

Israel..Winning!

Today was a day of much joy, in Israel.

Hamas are pressured, they realized today they are not invincible.

Israel killed the planner of Shalit's kidnapping. The message is clear, no one gets to kidnap an IDF soldier and stay breathing long afterwards.

No one get to dig tunnels and kill our people without us hunting them down.

This is for them, and for 64 blessed angels.
And no one thinks you're a democratic country when you deny people due process of law.

Billo_Really, et al

Due process of law?

And no one thinks you're a democratic country when you deny people due process of law.
(QUESTION)

I just went through pages and pages of Palestinian Terrorist Attacks going back decades. Just when did HAMAS, or the PIJ (or the cohort Brigades) ever extend the "Due Process" clause to any of its victims?

Recently, HAMAS Sheikh Saleh Arouri admitted to the kidnapping and murder of three students; that the al-Qassam Brigades, carried out the "heroic operation."

  • Did these kids get "due process?"
When HAMAS, or any of the Palestinians, want to join the 21st Century and act civilized, then you can have the right to talk about "due process" and what that means. Until then, you're just another person that supports terrorism.

OH, and BTW, a country does not have to be a democracy to honor the rights like "due process." The US is not a democracy (its a republic) and it has "due process" and "extrajudicial processes."

A HAMAS supporter has no room to criticize the process of detection, exploitation, and neutralization of designated terrorist leaders. I would not be surprised that if eventually, someone comes along and vaporize Sheikh Saleh Arouri.

Whats wrong don't you like the truth clouding your fantasy, if hamas fires or allows the firing of rockets then they have broke the truce. But no one is surprised when the evidence shows that hamas repeatedly breaks agreements to suit themselves. After cast lead they even publicly announced that they would break the deal signed when they perceived they were strong enough to take on Israel and beat them.
