Now that SCOTUS has kindly clarified the situation of presidential immunity Biden can just do what Trump pathetically failed to do and then have Trump arrested for treason (withdrawing from NATO gives aid and comfort to Russia and China) too and even executed, Biden can't be tried for official acts and saving the US from a dumbbell wannabe dictator is what I'd call an official act, protecting the republic, as is his duty under the constitution.
