While I totally agree with you (almost), people like you seem to think we will have different if we just vote outside the duopoly. We won't. Let's just take this year, for example. Jill Stein would make a horrible president. Cornell West would make a horrible president. Chase Oliver would make a horrible president. And, even RFK would make a horrible president. So, to think that just voting outside the duopoly is the answer, it is not.

The problem runs much deeper than that. Maybe the duopoly is the duopoly for a reason. Maybe the root cause of the duopoly isn't actually the duopoly parties, but the fact that the American voter actually is the real duopoly, which is why we have the duopoly parties. The American voter doesn't vote outside the duopoly because the voter is the duopoly.
