A group of anti-abortion evangelicals on Friday endorsed Joe Biden, saying that in areas other than abortion, the former vice president is more "pro-life" than President Trump.

"We believe that on balance, Joe Biden’s policies are more consistent with the biblically shaped ethic of life than those of Donald Trump," the group said in a statement. "Therefore, even as we continue to urge different policies on abortion, we urge evangelicals to elect Joe Biden as president."

The group, which includes several pastors formerly involved in Republican politics, former Christianity Today chairman John Huffman, and Jerushah Duford, the granddaughter of conservative evangelical leader Billy Graham, emphasized that while they remain opposed to abortion, Democratic policy proposals, such as "accessible health services for all citizens, affordable childcare, a minimum wage that lifts workers out of poverty" will reduce the number of abortions.

Overturning Roe v Wade is a carrot the GOP has been dangling in front of the anti-choice fanatics since shortly after the USSC's decision came down.

Perhaps the evangelicals decided it was time to look after other issues, such as the widening wealth gap, the growing poverty in the U.S., homelessness, and the many other issues that negatively impact nearly half of the U,S. population, issues the GOP and their RWNJ base have always ignored in favor of serving the ruling billionaire class.

Biden. I am PRO-CHOICE but anti-abortion ----

The Feds don't have the power to make abortion illegal across the board. All the court can do is send the issue to the State level where many states will make the procedure illegal again, but many will not. Once again, money will talk. Poor people will not have the same level of access to the procedure as wealthy ones.

In my much vaunted opinion IMMVO----Roe v. Wade will not go down with Trump and Amy. Trump does

That is not true. The taxes have been raised endlessly on people. And it is never enough. The bluer areas play an uptick musical chairs games where some workers and employees and classes of people to percentage benefit and some lose. But the costs rise faster and faster. Cigarettes and Soft Drinks are becoming luxuries. Alcohol is taxed enough. And the people may rebel if they have to pa premium prices to forget their lives. Fast food and other conveniences will be on the chopping block eventually as the elites force their way of life on us but not on them.
