With the current 100% predictable meltdown in Iraq, why are people even discussing in any way shape or form that this is a problem for the U.S. to solve? How about the European's do something for a change? What about Iraq's neighbors Jordan and Saudi Arabia? Why should the U.S. have to put anymore lives in danger for what was at its outset in 2003 a poor foreign policy decision? this talk of the U.S. getting involved is ridiculous.

Neither Jordan nor Saudi Arabia have the forces to confront something like this. Jordan is ALREADY nervous because they know they are next. This was not a poor foreign policy decision in 2003. It was a poor foreign policy decision when obama decided to fund ISIS to fight against Bashir Assad. That's where this is coming from.

Regime change in Iraq in 2003 was one of the poorest foreign policy decisions in U.S. history. If Saddam was still in power, none of this would be happening right now. Like Colin Powell said "You break...you own it."

The CIA should back a coup to bring democracy to Saudi Arabia.

House of Saud has a precarious hold on power and maintains an alliance with the Wahhabi tribes, who are Muslim fundamentalist, in order to appease the hard right conservative elements in the country. In local election held in Saudi Arabia a year ago, the fundamentalist candidates won 90% of the elections. Saudi Arabia might be next to see a ISIS like uprising.THEY NEED to get involved in Iraq.

NONE of your poll questions are acceptable.

The ONLY one is: Should the US do nothing? And the answer to that is: YES

What and loose all the secret funding for covert opps:badgrin:

I don't see a CIA op to topple House of Saud.
suspend your dogmatic beliefs and try to absorb.
I meant that the CIA is secretly paid by the Saudi's to provide certain services. M16 gets a few quid from the Saudi's mainly to provide SAS death squads.
