That's not martial arts... That's sloppy green belt kicking and punching with wrestling and some grappling. Don't lump that junk in with martial arts.

Yes I have watched dozens of his videos.

If someone strong grabs you.. best to hammer fist them in the biceps or radical nerve on F-arm.


HE literally knows every move invented plus dozens of variations for every move possible.
The problem is he is too complicated to follow for most people and its too easy to get lost
