Nevertheless if you watched the video, unlike Michael Brown, the cops acted wrong and the choking cop should have been prosecuted. It's not a black and white thing it's cops using poor judgement thing. Garner could have been white and the outcome would have been the same!

BS. If garner was white we'd have never heard of this incident. Unarmed white men get killed by cops all the time but the media always blacks out the story.
