Mann acted like he is not serious about it, since he for long periods of time foot dragged the lawsuit with nothing, even asked to stop the 2017 trial from taking place.

Since it is clear Dr. Mann was NOT serious about his lawsuit, it was probable he would have LOST the case, if an actual trial had taken place in January 2021 as it was rescheduled to, which is nearly FOUR years later after HE, Dr. Mann requested to stop the 2017 trial from taking place The motion to dismiss was 100% based on the fact that Dr. Mann didn't pursue his claims against Dr. Ball, that is what the Judges ultimately ruled.

His lack of interest in the case is exposed by his failure to file the appeal he so loudly screamed about in August........
