If a job posting outs in its requirements "Must Speak English" the employer is labeled a racist and it opens the company up to ECOA lawsuits!

Yet if you see a job posting that says debe hablar español, then that equates to diversity and good labor practices. It doesn't matter that the job discriminated against the vast majority of Americans!

It's not hard to simply interview the person in English, if you don't understand them, don't give them the job.

I don't understand why anyone would sue for it saying "must speak English" though.
 
Sometimes Spanish can be acceptable.....
