Every Democrat needs to make it clear that their Republican opponent will ban abortion in their state

Let the voters decide

That is what SCOTUS wanted

Abortion is not the winning strategy - Americans are more concerned with the hardships caused by Bideninflation. And if that isn’t bad enough, he just issued an unconstitutional edict forcing lower-middle class workers without college degrees to pay off some of the student loans of lawyers and engineers.

Democrats are so out of touch!

Actually, Ms. Spanberger is blowing smoke up her constituents' rear ends.

The settled law known as the Hobbs Decision gives the abortion issue over to the state legislatures, not the Federal Government and Congress for whom she is running for office.

And Republicans in Congress had nothing to do with Hobbs, it was decided by the US Constitution.

Republicans were coasting to easy midterm victories on the back of record gas prices and inflation
Now, gas is down $1.35 this summer and inflation is subsiding

Now they must answer for their plans to outlaw all abortion

This is not necessarily a state matter however McConnell has made it very clear that they would consider anti-abortion legislation such as making it a crime to cross state lines to get an abortion or banning abortion pills.

The House has passed a bill institutionalizing the nationwide right to an abortion. It is waiting in the Senate

Congress members are not off the hook on their abortion views.

I don’t see many running on banning abortion

Such a bill institutionalizing the "nationwide right to abortion" would violate the settled law of Hobbs and be unconstitutional.

Any Senator who votes for it is violating their oath of office to defend the Constitution.

Actually, SCOTUS noted the lack of Congress taking action on abortion in their decision

They are doing it in Arizona as well. As soon as the primaries were over the Dems have been launching ads that are all about being pro-abortion.

Gas is still double, the groceries are up significantly, products are missing, 87,000 more IRS agents hired to keep them in fear, and now an unconstitutional edict to force modest earners to pay the cost of paying off loans for six-figure professionals.

The matter of whether you have to go to a different state to kill your unborn child is FAR down the list.

Gas is still dropping. It should be around $3.25 by November

IRS will be enforcing the tax code, means the rest of us pay less.

Forgiving student debt will be a winner for Democrats in November

What Republicans generally want are COMMON SENSE regulations on abortion.

Prevent events like what happened with Gosnell in Philadelphia

For example, in Texas, they passed a common sense regulation requiring that abortionists have admitting privileges in case any of the broads have complications.

Libs disagreed.

It was a back door plan of banning abortion. Require admitting privileges at local hospitals and then pressure Hospitals to deny them

Still 50% higher than under Trump.

I follow the tax code. Doesn’t mean that the increase in audits isn’t going to be a huge headache and time-waster, and is used to keep people afraid of The Government.

Not for the 90% of taxpayers who come out on the losing end. There are a lot more high school educated workers, struggling to cover costs under a 40-year high inflation, than there are six-figure professionals with student loans outstanding.
