Embarrassed OBAMA finally admits not isolated incident

It took him more than a week after the terror-attempt incident, but Barack Obama has finally admitted what conservatives and intellectually honest Americans have already known or at least suspected since Christmas Day, when Abdulmutallab tried unsuccessfully to blow Embarrassed Obama Finally Admits Detroit Terrorist was Not Isolated but Linked to Al-Qaida up a Detroit-bound airplane. Namely, that al-Qaida indeed had its Islamofascist fingerprints all over the attempted attack and that there is an al-Qaida link to said failed terror attempt. I guess it's better late than never for someone as slow on the uptake as Obama.

This represents an undeniable and utter embarrassment for Obama whose first response to the failed terror attempt, after passively waiting for three days so he could soak up some more sun in Hawaii and work on his cool-guy tan, was to be in total denial and term it as an...ahem..."isolated incident!" This also is a complete about-face for Obama who made that now-infamous misstatement despite the very fact that al-Qaida had already claimed responsibility for the failed attack in internet postings.

In his about-face delivered via his Saturday radio address, Obama now admits, sheepishly, that Terrorist Abdulmutallab blazed a path through Yemen where he was trained and encouraged to attempt the Christmas Day mass-murder, terrorist attack on the Detroit-bound plane.

What a stupid article. Someone attempting to blow up an airplane full of civilians is a terrorist. In the other case it isn't as clear cut. Do these morons really hate Americans as much as their rantings indicate?

Those plotting against us seek not only to undermine our security, but also the open society and the values that we cherish as Americans. This incident, like several that have preceded it, demonstrates that an alert and courageous citizenry are far more resilient than an isolated extremist.

The guy was isolated in the sense that he was on board the plane without other terrorists to help him.

I can only conclude, once again, that the vast majority of Republicans hate Democrats, Obama, etc. so much that they will say anything to make it look like the terrorists are winning their campaign to terrorize us.

I can only conclude, once again, that the vast majority of Republicans hate Democrats, Obama, etc. so much that they will say anything to make it look like the terrorists are winning their campaign to terrorize us.

Republicans do not need to 'say anything', they can just point out the facts:
1. a muslim extremist in the military killed people on a military base
2. a muslim extremist tried to blow up an airplane with over 300 hundred people in it over a highly populated area (if you are a lib, that means the 'kill' numbers would be much higher than 300).

Obama, appears to be FAILING on:
National security
Job Creation
Freedom and Liberty (look at his airport security plans and healthcare, and cap n trade)
maintaining the integrity of the nation [currently printing money like Zimbabwe (if you are a lib, you might want to read about Mugabe's 'leadership skills') and destroying the 'country's credit rating]

But he looks good, and he takes a really long time to make decisions that protect us (his decisions on bankrupting us and taking our freedoms take less than....24 hours), let's see what else he can do.....
