They don't understand that when the congress is controlled by president musk and his bride trump telling them what to do. Funny how those puppets in congress listens to someone not in office yet. They're all pussies.Of course, a shutdown will be MAGAs fault. They had already agreed to the bipartisan bill, but at the last minute, President Musk told them no.
Feel free to provide any evidence to the contrary, Dr.Deretardo
the bill that was voted on had everything the dems wanted and they still refused to vote for it,,Of course, a shutdown will be MAGAs fault. They had already agreed to the bipartisan bill, but at the last minute, President Musk told them no.
what I am saying is the bill contained nothing the dems opposed and they still didnt vote for it,,So, what you're saying if 100% of the republicans plus the 2 Dems it would have not passed? You cannot blame this 100% on dems when 35 or 37 pubs voted against the CR.
not gonna work,,Well, by the count if all the pubs would have voted yes and then throw in the 2 dems that voted yes that is 219 and it sure would have passed. You can't blame anyone except for the number of pubs that voted no plus the other pubs with did not vote.
the way wealthy people get free monies from the government is a crime.
The 2005 Energy Policy Act mandated it.
Gotta change the energy policy plans.
How much money has the US government given to Tesla?
The US government has given Tesla billions of dollars in subsidies, grants, tax credits, and contracts, including:
Tesla has benefited from government assistance because of its role in moving the US toward cleaner cars.
- Subsidies: Tesla has received $2.8 billion in state and federal subsidies since 2008.
- Grants and tax credits: Tesla has received billions of dollars in grants and tax credits.
- Contracts: Tesla has received $41.9 million in federal contracts since 2008, including contracts with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, NASA, and the Department of Defense.
- Loans: The Department of Energy issued a $465 million loan to Tesla in 2010 to help develop a manufacturing facility and produce all-electric vehicles.
- Regulatory credits: Tesla has sold almost $9 billion in regulatory credits since 2018. These credits are awarded to manufacturers who surpass emissions rules and can be sold to other carmakers.
Wrong, MAGAs had input in it and worked for months to work out a deal that both sides could deal with. Everything was open. There were no secrets during the negotiations. At the last minute, and on orders of President Musk, MAGAs rejected the previously agreed on bill and tried to foist a purely partisan bill with no Democratic input. Why should Democrats do anything to help them pass the new bill?Yeah, Musk hated it, Trump hated it, the GOP hated it, and virtually every conservative in existence hated it. The question is, why dont democrats hate it? What the ******* hell is wrong with democrats and their pathological need to spend money that we dont have?
the bill that was voted on had nothing the dems disagreed with,, so why did they vote against it??Wrong, MAGAs had input in it and worked for months to work out a deal that both sides could deal with. Not sure, but it included a representative group from both parties. The republican Speaker of the House was certainly involved in working out the deal and was happy with it.They had already agreed to the bipartisan bill,
They? How many in "they"?
No.the bill that was voted on had everything the dems wanted and they still refused to vote for it,,
this shut down is all on the dems,,
If they were "MAGAs", they wouldnt have made this bloated deal in the first place. ALL the MAGAs oppose this bill, which is why it was thrown in the trash.Wrong, MAGAs had input in it and worked for months to work out a deal that both sides could deal with. Everything was open. That election didn't prove anything like what you wish it did.yes it is,,
the vote count proves it,,
