What our government pays out in grants and to foreign governments and various agencies and contractors should be a matter of public record. And they are.
Our tax refund checks or SSI/SSD are listed as de-identified data. Meaning the amounts are available but the identifying name, SS and etc are hidden. That's locked out.
Apparently you have never worked with large databases. This is SOP for most databases. You have to have a special authorization (that DOGE doesn't need for individuals receiving small checks (under 10K) )
Especially when checks for millions and hundreds of millions are being written.
