From what I have been seeing on the news, Elon Musk wants to gain control of Twitter to make it a place for free speech. That is legal free speech. But what if they had computers, internet and Twitter back before the American Revolution and French Revolution. Would have talk of revolution in either case have been legal? I don't think so. I can see banning child porn and the like. But apart from that, illegal speech is the only kind that matters.
