We have two and only two measures of atmospheric temps = satellites and balloons. The FIRST THING the Co2 fraud had to do is prove increasing atmospheric Co2 would warm THE ATMOSPHERE. That never happened. They just FUDGED it...

Musk is full of shit. He's basically a vulture capitalist with an engineering background. Like Steve Jobs, he's good at articulating a vision for a product and then assembling various teams to at least get that vision off the ground.
