For those of us paying attention it always patently obviously Twitter (now X) was always a long-term passion project for Musk pursuant to his free speech absolutism and to disrupt the social media censorship regime not a quick profit taking play. X is running better than Twitter ever was, is far less censored and doing that with 80% LESS employees on staff.
