I am a Trump supporter. I work with plenty of H1B colleagues and have no issues with them. My fellow Trump supporting collegues also have no problem. We still hire both American citizens and those on H1B. The H1B employees are not underpaid and they live and pay taxes in the US and contribute to the economy as well as doing work that many Americans are unable to do. Keep in mind that we are essentially cherry picking the best and brightest from other countries.

You have been sold a false narrative that Trump supporters are racist ethnocentrists. Wanting to deport ILLEGAL immigrants doesn’t make us so.

For those not following the drama on Twitter, Musk stripped Loomer of her status as both Musk and Vivek came out in support of hiring foreign nationals via the H-1B process. Loomer and other pro-MAGA accounts blasted them both for doing so.

The thing about MAGA embracing the techno broligarchs is that deep down, the broligarchs are pro- immigration. And MAGA is not.

Generally, Right Wing are happy with skilled, English speaking, self sufficient, qualified and skilled, correct visa and port of entry immigrants.

What we need are fiscal conservatives in the GOP. These RINO's (Trump & Johnson), and the democrats who keep devaluing the USD, are the reason all these people want to come here to start with.
$15hr for us, is a poverty wage. To all those coming here illegally, it's an upper class wage.

Countries tend to issue Visas and the relevant job Visas of the skills they want to fill, the free movement of folk in Europe just means the richer member states suffer 120 million (insert exaggeration notation) sponge car washers and pizza makers, with no control.
