"Elizabeth Warren has a plan to finish what FDR started"

Warren is a tyrant. She “ordered” CEOs to endorse her or They would pay when she became president.

Not if but when, like it’s rigged.

I'm not sure who is the bigger threat to the future of our democracy, Trump or Warren.

During the Gilded Age, when oligarchs created a massive wealth inequality, the population finally got sick and tired of it, and the result was the Progressive Era.

We are in another Gilded Age, and Warren and Trump are the leading edge of the next revolt.

While the Progressive Era brought about much needed reforms (workplace safety, 40-hour work week, ending child labor, etc.), it also opened the door to a massive expansion of federal powers under FDR.

Trump reminds me a great deal of FDR. They are both New Yorkers who lie constantly and who abuse their power.

The more you sit on your ass with your hand out, the more your ass will Stink.

Take a bath you damn hippy.

So goose stepping Soviet Flag Waving Commies all across America?

America has given FDR and his commie programs $23 Trillion and we are $22 Trillion in debt.

How about you do charity on your own dime?

from the article:
Elizabeth Warren Has a Plan to Finish What FDR Started

"If Democrats want to be competitive again in rural America, they will need to go bold—as bold as Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the New Deal era. That’s when FDR and his party swept to victory in states where Democrats now struggle to stay in the running.

Just as the New Dealers responded 80 years ago with a big plan for rural electrification, the 2020 Democratic presidential contender is responding with a big plan for rural broadband. Warren is barnstorming across the first caucus state of Iowa with a promise to develop an $85 billion federal grant program for nonprofits and local governments that seek to build independent fiber networks and provide low-cost broadband Internet services. “I will make sure every home in America has a fiber broadband connection at a price families can afford,” she declares. “That means publicly-owned and operated networks—and no giant ISPs running away with taxpayer dollars.”

Wait, what!? Warren's plan is to bring broadband to rural communities...whoop-de-do. That sure ought to improve everyone's life.
